Nice piece of writing Susan. Why do you think this church is so successful despite not being super welcoming? The reason I ask is because our church is pretty big and it's hard to tell whether someone is a visitor of just one of hundreds of members that we have never met.
I'll post again...I think their success is in small group ministry/education. It seemed there was a group for every possible demographic.
